FIXIN can outsource casting components in Grey Cast Iron, Malleable Iron and Ductile Iron (SG Iron), at competitive price and support our customers in supply chain & quality management.

FIXIN has developed many casting parts which includes intricate thin walled (min 3.5 mm) components for Automotive Application. FIXIN can produce any type of intricate shape castings weight ranging from few grams to 500 kg, in high pressure and HARPA moulding lines.

ALUMINIUM PRESSURE DIE CASTING

FIXIN globally supply quality aluminium die casting products that exceed client’s expectations. From mould design to finish part we take care in each and every process with stringent quality procedures & deliver he parts exactly as per the drawing with complete quality documentation.

FIXIN offers Die Castings of Aluminium alloys (Lm6,Lm25,A1-si7mg,G-A1mg5). These parts are widely used in various industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, General Engineering, Power Generation and Construction Industry for various purposes.

Our manufacturing unit is spread over an area of 8500 sq. feet and has state-of -the-art manufacturing facilities.

FIXIN has signed an MOU with a forging unit consists of a forge shop, machine shop and heat treatment shop with all the requisite machines and latest technology. In this unit the entire process of producing a world-class product range of Ferrous and Non Ferrous Forged Components is carried out.

Our team members are responsible for monitoring and upgrading the forging unit. This practice has ensured a smooth and uninterrupted production process. Furthermore, the manufacturing unit is facilitated with all the necessities for developing bulk products in a short span of time. FIXIN is supplying to general engineering, automobile, defence and pump industry. In addition to manufacturing the above mentioned products, we hold expertise in providing heat treatment and CNC machining to attain 100% customer satisfaction.

1) Hot Forging :

Capacity :

1 ton hammer capacity=component weight from 0.5kg to 8 kg [closed die forging]

1.5 ton hammer capacity = component weight from 2kg upto 25kg [closed die forging]

Open forging capacity = component weight from 10kg to 70 kg

2) Cold Forging :

Capacity :

Single Die Heading Machines – Size range : 3 – 10mm upto 250mm long

Flat Die Thread Rolling Machines – Size range : 3 – 12mm upto 100mm long

Multi Die Heading Machines – Size range : 3 – 25mm upto 240mm long

Cold Forging Presses – Size range : 100 – 400 tons
